入職1～4年までの正職員看護師
職業性腰痛の申告があるものに対して、Keele STarT Backを使用。
介入1は低リスク群
介入2は中・高リスク群
非介入群は職業性腰痛があるものの参加非希望者で同意取得者

Full-time nurse for 1 to 4 years
Use Keele STarT Back for those with a report of occupational back pain.
Intervention 1 is a low-risk group
Intervention 2 is a medium / high risk group
Non-intervention group has occupational low back pain but did not want to participate and obtained consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

急性期の腰部、下肢疾患のある方、経産婦の方は除外する。

主な結果/Results

日本語
①低リスク群16名、中・高リスク群0名、対照群13名であった。
②JOABPEQ点数に欠損のない低リスク群12名、対照群9名を解析対象とした。VASは低リスク群23.4→14.0、対照群で12.0→7.6、JOABPEQの仕事への妨げは低リスク群3.91→4.0、対照群4.44→4.33。

1)16 patients in the low risk group, 0 in the medium/high risk group, and 13 in the control group.
2)12 patients in the low-risk group and 9 in the control group with no deficit in JOABPEQ scores were included in the analysis; VAS went from 23.4 to 14 in the low-risk group and from 12 to 7.6 in the control group, and JOABPEQ interfered with work from 3.91 to 4 in the low-risk group and from 4.44 to 4.33 in the control group.

51 people collected the questionnaire.
32 patients had occupational low back pain. Of these, 3 patients were examined in the past year and 4 patients had a history of childbirth. With/without preventive measures were 10/21 employees.
Affected tasks were "diaper changing" (27), "transfer" (20), and "changing positions" (15) in multiple responses.
