目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
脈管異常（血管腫・血管奇形）の中でも「希少かつ難治性の疾患」を対象に、患者の臨床情報を集積し、持続的・長期的に評価項目の検討を行うことで、本疾患の自然歴や予後因子を解明する。また患者検体を用いた遺伝子解析を行うことによって、国内患者の遺伝学的背景や疾患特異的遺伝子を同定し、病態解明や横断的な疾患スペクトラムの理解と同時に、将来的に本疾患の新しい治療法の開発や確立に貢献する。

Objects are rare intractable vascular anomalies including vascular tumors and vascular malformations and it is aimed to collect these objects' cinical information in a sustained manner for a long time period and analyze natural histories and detect their prognostic factors. Further, genetic analyses will bring about their genetic backgrounds and find out and isolate the disease specific genes, additinally structuring out the disease spectrum transversely and propose a novel therapeutic approaches for such disease.

1)患者の登録
研究事務局は、送付された同意書（臨床情報の聞き取り調査）、登録票（患者記入）等の内容をもとに被登録者候補を本研究に登録する。なお、登録された被登録者の研究参加期間は、登録後から永年とする。
2)診療情報及び試料（検体）の取得
初回登録時及び追跡調査時の被登録者の診療情報は、研究事務局の担当者が被登録者本人から直接、必要な情報を取得することを原則とする。また、追跡調査時も試料（検体）を取得する場合は、初回登録時と同様に研究者等及び研究事務局が臨床検査データを入手する。
