我々の近赤外線スペクトロスコピーにおいて、ストループ課題が脳活動の馴化に強い課題であることを見出したが、これは限局した部位での観察であった。今回の研究でより広い範囲を測定することによりストループ課題の有用性を確認する。

主な結果/Results

ストループ課題も語流暢課題も、２回連続思考により、左中側頭回付近に脳活動の低下が認められた。しかし、これらの部位はそれぞれの課題において注目すべきでない部位であるため、検査に大きな支障は認められないと考えられた。

In both the Stroop task and the word fluency task, there was a decrease in brain activity near the left middle temporal gyrus after two consecutive thoughts. However, since these areas were not the focus of attention in each task, they were not considered to interfere significantly with the test.
