①　各研究施設の機関長の許可日～2021年03月31日の間に各研究大学脳神経内科を受診している患者
②　対象疾患：プリオン病（クロイツフェルト・ヤコブ病(CJD) 、ゲルストマン・ストロイスラー・シャインカー症候群(GSS)、致死性家族性不眠症(FFI)）、てんかん、アルツハイマー型認知症を含め神経変性疾患）、急速進行性認知症を呈する疾患
③　年齢：20歳以上
④　性別：男女性別を問わない。
⑤　本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人(または代諾者)の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。

(1)Patients who have undergone neurology in each research university between the institution's permission date and March 31, 2021
(2)Target diseases: Neurodegenerative diseases including prion diseases (Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), Gerstmann-Streisler-Scheinker syndrome (GSS), lethal familial insomnia (FFI)), epilepsy, Alzheimer type dementia), Diseases with rapidly progressive dementia
(3)Age: 20 years old or older
(4)Gender: regardless of gender.
(5)Patients who have received sufficient explanation for participation in this study, and who have fully understood and consented to the document of their own (or substitute).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のうち一つでも該当する患者は、対象として除外する。
① 入院期間内で研究対象者及び研究対象者(または代諾者)が研究の中止を申し出た場合。
② その他、研究者等が研究対象者として不適切と判断した患者。

現在剖検希望の患者さんがいるためにどの後延長なのか不明である。一方で論文に投稿中である

We are requesting an extension due to lack of cases.
It is unclear how long the extension will be due to the fact that there are currently patients who wish to have an autopsy. On the other hand, we are in the process of submitting a manuscript for publication.
