本研究の目的は，労働者を対照に，ワーク・エンゲイジメントを向上させるスマートフォン向けに開発されたポジティブな振り返りを促す日記アプリケーションを（WEDiary）を提供し，無作為化比較試験によって効果評価を実施することである．

介入群に割り当てられた参加者は、ワーク・エンゲイジメントの向上に関する振り返りをスマートフォンアプリに記録する．参加者は，2週間，毎日アプリケーションに振り返りを記録する．

Participants are required to record daily self-monitoring of their achievements at work for two weeks.
Participants who were assigned to intervention group will take the program that aim at enhancing work engagement. Participants are requested to record the daily reflection for two weeks.

待機群に割り当てられた参加者は，介入期間中，通常の生活を送る．介入期間終了後に、介入群と同内容のプログラムを受ける．

Participants who were assigned to wait list control group will spend usual days during intervention period. They take the same program as those in the intervention group after intervention period.

6) 3ヶ月以内に転職あるいは退職の予定のない者

2) Persons who can understand the purpose of this study, give informed consent to researchers, and whose physical and mental state is stable.

1) 身体的精神的な疾患により服薬中である.
2) 勤務形態としてアルバイト,パートタイムワーカーであること.
