2) 正中・尺骨・橈骨神経ブロック 1~3回;(1%リドカイン5ml+デキサメサゾン4mg)/1神経
3) 正中神経剥離術、尺骨神経移行術、橈骨神経剥離術

2) median, ulnar, radial nerve block, 1~3 times; (1% Lidocain 5ml + DXS 4mg) / 1 nerve
3) median nerve neurolysis, ulnar nerve transfer, radial nerve neurolysis
