歯科矯正臨床において、マウスピース型矯正装置（以下、アライナー）や歯科矯正用アンカースクリュー（以下、アンカースクリュー）が広く用いられている。アライナーは審美性に優れ、着脱が可能で口腔清掃性に優れるという利点がある反面、アンカースクリューを固定源とした抜歯治療や歯列の遠心または圧下移動等を必要とする難症例に用いることができないといった欠点がある。
そこで本研究では、アンカースクリューから前歯または歯列全体の遠心または圧下方向への牽引を可能にするアタッチメントを歯またはアライナーに装着し、これとアライナーによる歯列のアライメントを並行して行う新しい矯正歯科治療法の開発を目的とする。

Aligners and orthodontic anchoring screws have often been used in orthodontic practice. The aligners have advantages such as superior to aestheticism, removable appliance and high cleanability. On the other hand, the aligner has disadvantage such as difficulty in use for severe cases requires distal or intrusive tooth movement and extraction treatment with anchoring screws.
This study aims to establish a new treatment method that provides the distal and intrusive movements of anterior segment or entire dental arch in parallel with alignment stages.

側面および正面頭部Ｘ線規格写真によるセファロ分析、口腔内模型分析、顔貌および口腔内写真等を用いた形態学的評価を通法に従って行う。

動的矯正治療に要する1.5～3年の期間、およそ月に一回のマウスピース型矯正装置および歯科矯正用アンカースクリューによる矯正治療を行なう。用いるマウスピース型矯正装置の量は、10～20組の予定である。

During the period of 1.5-3 years required for orthodontic active treatment, monthly treatments with the aligners and the orthodontic anchoring screw for malocclusions. The amount of the aligners in each treatment would be 10-20 sets.

便宜抜歯または歯列の遠心または圧下移動を必要とする不正咬合を有する患者。

2024/08/09現在、6名の被検者が矯正治療を受けている。6名は治療効果の評価を終え、現在保定中である。
目標被験者数に達し解析が完了したため、募集および本研究を終了した。

In total, 6 subjects are currently receiving the orthodontic treatment as of August 9th, 2024. All patients have completed evaluation of their treatment effects and are currently on retention period. Since the initial target number of subjects was reached and case analysis was completed, recruitment of subjects and the study were terminated.
