目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
消化器固形がん患者由来の人工多能性幹細胞(iPS細胞)より作成した樹状細胞（iPSDCs）に、同患者のがん組織より抽出･増幅したin vitro transcription RNA（ivtRNA）を導入することにより作成したがんワクチン（iPSDCs-ivtRNA）は、neoantigen特異的な細胞傷害性Tリンパ球（CTLs）の誘導が可能か否かを検討する。

We will investigate whether dendritic cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSDCs) transfected with in vitro transcription RNA(ivtRNA) can induce neoantigen specific cytotoxic T cells(CTLs).

担がん患者由来iPSDCs-ivtRNAにより腫瘍特異的CTLsを誘導し、この作成したCTLsが予測neoantigenを認識するかどうかをin vitroにて検証する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 消化器が原発であり、内視鏡などの各種検査により、病理学的に腺癌、もしくは扁平上皮癌と診断されている。
2. 登録日の年齢が20歳以上である。
3. Performance status(PS)が0から１である。
4. 他のがん腫を含め、化学療法･放射線療法･内分泌療法･免疫抑制療法の既往がない。
5. 臓器機能が保たれている。
6. 試験参加について患者本人より文書で同意が得られている。

1. The gastrointestinal tract is the primary, and pathologically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma.
2. The registration date is over 20 years old.
3. Performance status (PS) is 0 to 1.
4. No history of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, endocrine therapy, or immunosuppressive therapy, including other carcinomas.
5. Organ function is maintained.
6. The patient has given written consent to participate in the study.
