日本語
小児患者の後脛骨動脈および足背動脈を対象として、DNTPを用いた超音波ガイド下穿刺、または触知に基づいた穿刺を行い、初回穿刺成功率、最終穿刺成功率、穿刺回数、穿刺時間、後壁貫通率を比較する。

We perform posterior tibial or dorsalis pedis arterial catheterization with or without ultrasound guidance (using DNTP). We compare first attempt success rate, overall success rate, procedural duration, number of puncture, posterior wall puncture between two groups.

大阪母子医療センター手術室で心臓血管外科手術を受け、麻酔導入後に動脈カテーテルを留置される3歳未満の患者。

Pediatric patients who are under 3 years old, undergo a cardiovascular surgery, and require arterial catheter insertion at Osaka Women's and Children's hospital.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
