主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
感染症治療に使用された抗菌薬のうち適切に使用されている抗菌薬の割合。また、2018年度の疫学調査の結果とも比較する。

The proportion of antimicrobial drugs that are judged to be used appropriately in all antimicrobial drugs used for treatment. We will compare this outcome with that of the 2018 point prevalence survey of our hospital.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

2)活動性のある医療関連感染症に罹患している患者の割合
3)使用抗菌薬のうちセファゾリンが占める割合

3) The proportion of cefazolin in all antimicrobial drugs that are used on the survey date.

研究デザイン：単施設での前向き横断研究。
対象患者：調査日に入院している全入院患者。
評価項目：主要評価項目は治療に使用されている抗菌薬のうち適切に使用されている抗菌薬の割合。副次評価項目は①調査日に抗菌薬を使用している患者の割合②活動性の医療関連感染症に罹患している患者の割合③調査日に使用されている抗菌薬のうちCefazolinが占める割合。本調査におけるこれらの結果を2018年調査の結果と比較する。

Design:A prospective single-center cross-sectional study.
Participants: All hospitalized patients on a survey day.
Main outcome measures: The primary outcome is the proportion of antimicrobial drugs that are judged to be appropriately used in all antimicrobial drugs used for treatment. Secondary outcomes are the proportion of patients receiving any antimicrobial agents, the proportion of patients with active healthcare-associated infections, and the proportion of cefazolin in all antimicrobial drugs that are used on the survey day.These outcomes of this study will be compared with those of the 2018 point prevalence study conducted in our hospital.
