橈骨動脈遠位端から観血的動脈圧ラインを挿入することで事故抜去の軽減や医療関連機器圧迫創傷(MDRPU)の発生率低下につながるかどうかの検証を行う。

The objective is inserting an arterial pressure line from the distal radial artery will reduce accidental removal and reduce the incidence of Medical Device Related Pressure Ulcer.

①成人患者
②持続的な動脈圧測定や頻回な血液検査など入院中に観血的動脈圧モニタリングが必要な患者

Adult patient
Patients who need arterial pressure monitoring because of continuous arterial pressure measurement and frequent blood tests
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①橈骨動脈遠位端の穿刺部位に外傷や皮膚病変のある患者
②透析シャントがあり上肢に穿刺を行えない患者
③羸痩があり橈骨動脈遠位端の穿刺部位に穿刺針を固定できない患者

Patients with trauma or skin lesions at the puncture site at the distal radial artery
Patients who have dialysis shunts cannot puncture the upper limbs
Patient who cannot fix the puncture needle because of Very thin
