連続縫合糸。手術の際に、真皮縫合をおこなうときに使用する糸を従来使用されていた糸(バイクリルなど)から連続縫合糸(V-loc)を使用することにする。ランダムに２者を使い分ける。研究実施期間に使い分けを行う。

創部治癒に影響を病気をもつ患者、参加に拒否された患者、OA以外の疾患
