主な結果/Results

日本語
初回手術においてR0切除が達成できた患者は、非R0切除であった患者に比較し有意に高い無再発生存率であった。(p=0.033) 初回手術、2回目手術、3回目手術、4回目手術で術後再発率はそれぞれ65、67、73、100%であった。術後5年生存率は初回手術、2回目手術、3回目手術、4回目手術でそれぞれ82、69、40、0%であった。

The patients undergoing R0 resection had significantly higher recurrence-free survival rates than the patients undergoing non-R0 resection.(p=0.033) The recurrence rates were 65, 67, 73 and 100% after the first, second, third and fourth surgeries. The 5-year overall survival rates were 82, 69, 40 and 0% after the first, second, third and fourth surgeries.

52名の後腹膜肉腫患者が解析された。その内46名が手術を受けた。組織型は高分化型21名、脱分化型21名、粘液型3名、多形型1名であった。52名の年齢の中央値は61歳で、男性が29名(56%)であった。

Fifty-two patients with retroperitoneal liposarcoma were analysed. Among them, 46 patients had undergone surgery. Histologic grades included well-differentiated (n=21), dedifferentiated (n=21), myxoid (n=3) and pleomorphic (n=1). The median age was 61 years, and 29 patients (56%) were male.
