| 介入1/Interventions/Control_1 | スケトウタラ由来のパウダーを120mlのお湯で溶解し、毎日12週間摂取する。 | All participants are taken the Alaska pollock protein powder with 120 ml of hot water once a day for 12 weeks. Before and after the 12-week intervention, physical examination and questionnaire are performed.

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 65歳以上で入所施設を利用する要介護1以上の高齢者 | The subjects are elderly people aged over 65 years using long-term care service. | |||
| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | ・心臓にペースメーカーを装着している
・膝や腰部などの関節痛や可動制限がみられる ・本研究開始時の2か月前までに治験を含む他の臨床研究に参加している ・摂食嚥下の機能障害がある ・歩行機能障害がある ・医師より食事・運動制限を受けている ・糖尿病、慢性腎臓病の診断・治療を受けている ・週2回以上の高強度負荷レジスタンス運動を行っている ・食物アレルギー（魚類、乳、大豆、鶏肉）を有している、または過去に発症した経験がある |
People with cardiac pacemaker, arthralgia such as knees and hips, dysphagia, movement disability, diet therapy, diabetes and chronic kidney disease are excluded. In addition, people with habitual resistance exercise of high intensity load, and food allergies (fish, milk, soy, chicken) are excluded. | |||
