母親学級にて以下を伝える
1妊娠期の過ごし方として、心穏やかに過ごすことが古くから胎児にいい影響があると言われていること
2妊娠期から可能な母子の愛着形成促進の方法として、これまでに声かけがあげられていること
3母親の声は羊水等の振動を通してもっともよく伝わっていると言われている。また胎児は発達上、胎内で聴覚及び脳の発達により母親の声を記憶できるとされており、胎児は落ち着き、新生児は母親の声に対して最も反応することが示されている
4現時点では胎児への声かけは研究者の間では有効とされる見解があるが、まだ詳細には検討されていないこと
5家庭では、母親学級で説明した内容を記載したパンフレットを参考にし、2週間胎児への声かけを行い、1日の声かけ回数・内容を記録する

2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点の増加に影響するものは初回胎児愛着尺度得点、次いで声かけ回数である。減少に影響するものは年齢であった。妊婦の胎児への声かけ回数の増加に影響するものは2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点であった。
　初回胎児愛着尺度得点、2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点、2週間の胎児愛着尺度得点の変化数はいずれも声かけ高実施群の方が低実施群と比べて高かった。

被験者全体の年齢は31.5(SD 5.2)歳であった。妊娠週数は31.1（SD2.5）週であった。妊娠回数は1.6（SD0.8）回であった。声かけ回数は122.9（SD83.6）回であった。初回胎児愛着尺度得点は55.4（SD9.5）点であり、2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点は62.8(SD11.0)点、2週間の胎児愛着尺度得点の変化数は7.4(SD6.7)点であった。仕事をしている者は60人（78.9%）であり、仕事をしていない者は16人（21.1%）であった。今回の妊娠は計画的であった者は56人（73.7%）で、計画していなかった者は20人（26.3%）であった。今回の妊娠の受容に関して前向きな気持ちである者は75人（98.7%）であり、前向きな気持ちではない者は1人（1.3%）であった。これまでに流早産の経験がある者は22人（28.9%）、流早産の経験がない者は54人（71.1%）であった。相談相手がいる者は76人（100%）全員であった。経済的困窮がある者は9人（11.8%）、特に困っていない者は67人（88.2%）であった。最終学歴について中卒は1人（1.3%）、高卒（専門学校を含む）は37人（48.7%）、大卒以上は38人（50.0%）であった。夫婦またはパートナーとの関係性について良いと思う者は76人（100%）全員であった。妊婦と妊婦の両親との関係性について両親ともに良いと答えた者は67人（88.2%）、実母、実父のいずれかとは悪いと答えた者は8人（10.5%）、両親とは仲が悪いと答えたものは1人（1.3%）であった。

声かけ低実施群の年齢は31.5（SD 5.2）歳であった。妊娠週数は31.2（SD 1.2）週であった。妊娠回数は1.8（SD 0.7）回で、初産婦14人、経産婦は24人であった。初回胎児愛着尺度得点は53.2（SD 9.6）点、2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点は58.4（SD 11.6）点で、5.2（SD 6.4）点であった。仕事をしている者は30人（78.9%）であり、仕事をしていない者は8人（21.0%）であった。今回の妊娠は計画的であった者は27人（71.0％）、妊娠を計画していなかった者は11人（28.9%）であった。今回の妊娠の受容に関して前向きな気持ちである者は37人（97.4%）であった。前向きな気持ちではない者は1人（2.6%）であった。これまでに流早産の経験がある者は13人（34.2%）で流早産の経験がない者は25人（65.8%）であった。相談相手がいる者は38人（100%）であった。経済的困窮がある者は7人（18.4%）で特に困っていない者は31人（81.6%）であった。最終学歴について中卒は0人（0%）、高卒（専門学校を含む）は23人（60.5%）、大卒以上は15人（39.5%）であった。夫婦またはパートナーとの関係性について良いと思う者は38人（100%）であった。妊婦と妊婦の両親との関係性について両親ともに良いと答えた者は35人（92.1%）、実母、実父のいずれかとは悪いと答えた者は3人（7.9%）、両親とは仲が悪いと答えたものは0人（0%）であった。

The First Fetal Attachment Scale score was 55.4 point (SD9.5), the Fetal Attachment Scale score after 2 weeks was 62.8 point (SD11.0), and the number of changes in the two-week Fetal Attachment Scale score was 7.4 point (SD6.7). The First Fetal Attachment Scale score was 55.4 point (SD9.5), the Fetal Attachment Scale score after 2 weeks was 62.8 point (SD11.0), and the number of changes in the fetal attachment scale score in two weeks was 7.4 point (SD6.7). 60 people (78.9%) were working and 16 people (21.1%) were not working. 56 people (73.7%) of the pregnancies were planned, and 20 people (26.3%) were unplanned.75 people (98.7%) felt positive about this pregnancy, and 1(1.3%) did not. 22 people (28.9%) experienced a premature birth and 54 people (71.1%) did not. The number of pregnancies was 1.4(SD 0.9).The first fetal attachment scale score was 57.6 point (SD9.0), the fetal attachment scale score after 2 weeks was 67.2 point (SD8.4), and the number of changes in the two-week fetal attachment scale score was 9.7 point (SD6.2). 30 people (78.9%) were working and 8 people (21.0%) were not working. 29 people (76.3%) of the pregnancies were planned, and 9 people (23.7%) were unplanned.38 people (100%) felt positive about this pregnancy. 9 people (23.7%) experienced a premature birth and 29 people (76.3%) did not. The number of pregnancies was 1.8(SD 0.7).The first fetal attachment scale score was 53.2 point (SD9.6), the fetal attachment scale score after 2 weeks was 58.4 point (SD11.6), and the number of changes in the two-week fetal attachment scale score was 5.2 point (SD6.4). 30 people (78.9%) were working and 8 people (21.0%) were not working. 27 people (71.0%) of the pregnancies were planned, and 11 people (28.9%) were unplanned. 37 people (100%) felt positive about this pregnancy, and 1(2.6%) did not. 13 people (34.2%) experienced a premature birth and 25 people (65.8%) did not. 声かけ高実施の2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点は67.2(SD8.4)点、声かけ低実施の2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点は58.4(SD11.6)で、Mann-WhitneyのU検定の結果、U=382.5，p＝.000で声かけ高実施群の方が低実施群と比べて有意に高い。
声かけ高実施の2週間の胎児愛着尺度得点の変化数は9.7(SD6.2)点、声かけ低実施の2週間の胎児愛着尺度得点の変化数は5.2(SD6.4)で、Mann-WhitneyのU検定の結果、U=439.5，p＝.003で声かけ高実施群の方が低実施群と比べて有意に高い。
2週間後の胎児愛着尺度得点と声かけ回数にはSpearmanの順位相関係数の結果から有意な正の相関があり、重回帰分析の結果、β=.215，p=.002で2週間の胎児愛着尺度得点の増加に声かけ回数が影響している。
