全身麻酔による腹腔鏡下載石位手術時の体温維持を目的とした頭部保温の効果を明らかにし、同手術中の最適な体温維持の方法を考察する。

深部体温モニタリングシステムを患者前額部に貼付し、入室時から手術開始0分、30分、60分、90分、120分、手術終了時までの体温の変動をA群（頭部保温なし）とB群（頭部保温あり）で比較する。

The core temperature monitoring system is attached to the patient's forehead, and changes in body temperature from entry to room 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes until the end of surgery are group A (no head warmth) And group B (with head warmth).

深部体温モニタリングシステムを患者前額部に貼付し、入室時から手術開始0分、30分、60分、90分、120分、手術終了時までの体温変動を観察する。保温方法として、前胸部は温風式加温装置専用ブランケットで覆い、43度に設定し使用する。顔をビニールで覆い下肢はサーモフラクトレギンスで被覆する。

As a heat retention method, the anterior chest is covered with a warm air type heating device exclusive blanket, set at 43 degrees and used. Cover the face with vinyl and coat the lower leg with thermofructoleggings.
