椎間関節症に対する高周波熱凝固療法を行う際に凝固部位の温痛感覚閾値の測定を行い、その後の症状改善との関係について調査を行うこと

頚部痛、腰痛を主訴に受診した患者のうち、椎間関節症による痛みがあり、且つその症状を３ヶ月以上有している者

Of the patients who consulted for chief complaints of cervical pain and back pain, those who have pain due to facet joint and have their symptoms for more than 3 months

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
局所麻酔薬へのアレルギー、ペースメーカー留置、悪性腫瘍が原因の変形性関節症、感染症後の変形性関節症、全身性炎症性疾患に伴う変形性関節症、免疫抑制状態、iPadでの質問に答えられない方は除外する。は除外

Those who can not answer iPad questions, who have allergy to local analgesic, pacemaker, past local infection story, tumor, immunodeficiency, and Autoimmune disease.
