2.運動、栄養および医学が高齢者の生命機能の維持にどのように関わっているのか
3.高齢化しても生活機能を維持することで、高齢化する都市機能に良い影響を与えるのか。

1. How does life-style and physical condition with aging relate to survival and functional prognosis
2. How exercise, nutrition and medical treatment can be involved in maintaining the life function of the elderly
3. Does maintaining the function of life have a positive impact on urban functions even as older?

1.生命予後（全死亡、心血管死、癌死、肺炎死）
2.疾患予後（脳卒中、虚血性心疾患、心不全、肺炎、癌、骨折、転倒）
3.機能予後（CGA変化、介護保険額、介護保険度、医療費）

1. Mortality rate of all death and due to cardiovascular disease, cancer and pneumonia
2. Incidence of stroke, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, pneumonia, cancer, fracture and fall
3. Functional prognosis evaluated by CGA change, amount of care insurance, degree of care insurance, medical expenses
