過去1年以内に医師によりがんと診断された、がん診療連携拠点病院を受療する進行がんの患者
「診断告知後一年以内のがん患者に対するメンタルへルス不調予防と心理的危機介入のためのケース・マネジメント介入」を受けることに同意した者

patients with advanced cancer within one year diagnosis who receive treatment at designated cancer care hospitals; patients who agree to receive the assertive case management intervention for preventing mental ill-health and mental health crisis in patients within one year diagnosis.
