In total, 216 cases from 81 facilities were reported. Infectious episodes were most frequent in the type 2-low group vs type 2-high and -intermediate groups. Among former type 2-high and -intermediate groups, 32% had recently transitioned to the -low group, to which relatively low FeNO in the past and oral corticosteroid use contributed.

後ろ向きコホート研究。2015年1月1日～2019年9月30日に受診歴のある気管支拡張/細気管支炎合併難治性喘息例を対象として、症例数と、各症例の背景因子、治療内容、臨床経過、血液データ、呼気NO、呼吸機能検査、喀痰検査、胸部CT所見につき、診断時あるいは観察期間中の最古のデータと最新データ、診断・管理における難渋点などについてアンケート調査を行う。

Retrospective cohort study
We will conduct a questionnaire survey about the number of the case, background, treatment, clinical history, blood test data, exhaled NO, Respiratory function test, sputum test, chest CT, and the difficult point of the diagnosis and/or control for the refractory asthma patients with bronchiodilation or bronchiolitis who visited to the hospital from 1/1/2015 to 9/30/2019
