主な結果/Results

日本語
歯紙使用群：多くの被験者において、MSは歯紙と同等、あるいは歯紙よりも痛み軽減効果が認められた．特にソフトタイプ（MS-a，MS-b）が効果的であった．

歯紙不使用群：通常歯紙等を使用していないが，痛みを感じている被験者においては痛み軽減効果が認められる傾向であった．特に存在感の小さい薄いタイプ（MS-a，MS-c）のMSで効果が認められる傾向であった．

The use of the music splint significantly relieved pressure and pain on the lower lips. The
soft type was more effective in group OA, and the thin type was more effective in group noOA. The
thin- and soft-type music splints were associated with significantly better playing sensation and
sound quality than other types of splint in both groups.
