1) IgG4関連疾患包括診断基準2011においてIgG4関連疾患の確診群、準確診群、疑診群と診断された患者
2) 文書で研究参加への同意が得られた患者

1. Patients diagnosed as definite, probable and possible IgG4-related disease according to comprehensive diagnostic criteria.
2. Patients who agree about informed consent concerning this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 類縁疾患（悪性腫瘍、悪性リンパ腫、Sjogren症候群、原発性硬化性胆管炎、多中心性Castleman病、特発性後腹膜線維症、Wegener肉芽腫、サルコイドーシス、Churg-Strauss症候群）の除外ができない患者
2) 研究者等の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者

1. Patients in whom similar disease (cancer, Sjogren's syndrome, primary sclerosing cholangitis, Castleman's disease, secondary retroperitoneal fibrosis, Wegener's granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, Churg-Strauss syndrome) cannot be ruled out.
2. Patients who be regarded as inadequate subjects by researchers.

2024年12月16日時点で956症例が登録されている。2023年末時点での854症例の登録時背景の解析を行い、論文が受理された(Immunol Med. 2025 Sep;48(3):192-202. doi: 10.1080/25785826.2024.2430812. Epub 2024 Nov 28.)。2025年9月30日時点では1,007症例の登録となっており順調に症例登録が推移している。

As of Dec 16, 2024, 956 patients were registered. We analyzed the background of 854 participants as of the end of 2023, and published the results in a paper (Immunol Med. 2025 Sep;48(3):192-202. doi: 10.1080/25785826.2024.2430812. Epub 2024 Nov 28.). As of September 30, 2025, 1,007 cases have been registered, and case registration is progressing smoothly.
