(2)eGFR(推定糸球体濾過率)<60ml/分/1.73m2または尿中アルブミン排泄率>30mg/g Cr
(3)参加施設に通院を開始してから３カ月以上経過している

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)妊娠している女性
(2)悪性疾患に罹患している
(3)登録前１年以内脳血管障害
(4)高度の起立性低血圧（立位5分後で血圧20mmHg以上の低下）
(5)慢性尿路感染症
(6)うっ血性心不全（NYHA II以上）
(7)神経因性膀胱
(8)腎炎の疑いがある
(9)強度のるい痩（BMI<18kg/m2）
(10)末期腎不全

対象者の募集方法（2006年4月-2019年10月に参加施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致し、文書承諾を得た症例
測定する項目（血清クレアチニン、尿アルブミン排泄率、尿たんぱく排泄率、HbA1c, LDL-C, 外来血圧、家庭血圧、腎超音波検査、尿中ポドサイト、血清トロンボモデュリン、血清エリスロポイエチン、など）

The method of registration of the patients (the patients who visited the participating institutions during April 2006 through October 2019, fulfilled the criteria)
Outcome assessment (serum creatinine level, urinary albumin excretion rate, urinary protein excretion rate, HbA1c, LDL-cholesterol, clinic blood pressure, home blood pressure, renal ultrasonography, urinary podocyte, serum thrombomodulin, serum erythropoietin, ect)
