| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1) 悪性肝門部胆管狭窄を有する患者
2）切除が不能な悪性腫瘍。ただし化学療法の可否は問わない。 3）悪性腫瘍の組織学的診断がついている。または画像上明らかに悪性腫瘍による胆道狭窄と診断がつくこと。 4）閉塞性黄疸に対して胆道ドレナージが必要と判断された症例。 |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1）内視鏡的アプローチ困難な症例。
2）胃切除後でBillroth 1法以外の再建がなされている症例。 3）良性狭窄。 4）妊娠中の患者。 |

2 Patients have previously recieved upper GI reconstruction. 3 benign obstruction 4 pregnancy |
