Strict(厳格)群 (血糖値90-100 mg/dL)：人工膵臓を用いて血糖値を上記の値に入るよう調整する。麻酔導入時から2PODまでの期間。

Strict Group: By using Artificial Pancreas Machine, Blood glucose is controlled between 90 - 100 mg/dL. Period: From anesthetic induction to 2POD.

Mild(マイルド)群 (145-155 mg/dL)：人工膵臓を用いて血糖値を上記の値に入るよう調整する。麻酔導入時から2PODまでの期間。

コントロール、 Manual(人工膵臓未使用)群：血糖値200 mg/dL以上でスライディングスケールに従って対応。麻酔導入時から2PODまでの期間。
