介入事業所の食塩摂取量は，10.7 gから9.3 gへと有意に減少した（変化量: －1.4 g, 95％信頼区間[CI]: [－2.4, －0.5]）。また，事業所間の食塩摂取量の変化の調整後の差は，統計的に有意であった（変化量－3.7 g，95％CI: [－5.2，－2.3])
