10mm以下の病変
1)表面型の大腸腫瘍（SSA/P含める）
2)6mm以上の過形成性ポリープ

Lesion of 10 mm or less
1) flat type colon tumor (Including SSA / P)
2) Hyperplastic polyps of 6 mm or more

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・大腸手術歴を有する症例(虫垂切除術は除く)
・前回大腸検査で盲腸到達不能/挿入困難/苦痛が強く不適切と判断された症例
・IBD(潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病など)、FAP、HNPCC(Lynch症候群)の症例
・抗凝固薬、抗血小板薬服用中の症例
・凝固異常疾患
・妊娠中、授乳中、妊娠の可能性がある症例
・その他担当医が不適当と判断した患者
