各国のサーベイランスシステムについて、次の情報を収集する：システム名、公式ウェブサイトの有無と使用言語、設立年、運営母体（厚労省/保健省、学会、研究グループなど）、サーベイランスのタイプ（有病率、発生率）および頻度、参加形態（義務、任意）、対象の医療機関、対象の医療関連感染症と定義、対象の抗微生物薬耐性病原体、パラメーター（特に分母情報）

For each country, the following information is reviewed:name of the system, official website, languages used in the official website, foundation year, operating body (such as the Ministry of Health or its equivalent, academic society, or a research group), type of survey (prevalence or incidence), reporting periodicity, mode of participation (mandatory or voluntary), targeted medical facilities, targeted healthcare-associated infections and definitions, targeted antimicrobial resistant pathogens, parameters (especially denominators)
