腱膜性眼瞼下垂患者において、前眼部写真と赤外線反射光を用いた非接触型マイボグラフィーを用いて、眼瞼下垂術前後でのマイボーム腺の変化を評価すること。

甲状腺機能異常を有する患者
顔面神経麻痺を有する患者
重度のドライアイ、結膜炎を有する患者
腱膜性眼瞼下垂以外の眼瞼下垂患者

Patients with facial nerve palsy.
Patients with severe dry eye disease and blepharitis.
Patients with non-aponeurotic ptosis.
