選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

喘息
1. 20歳以上で、発作性の呼吸困難、喘鳴、胸苦しさ、咳症状を有し、可逆性の気流閉塞または気道過敏性により喘息の診断がなされている。
2.6週間以上、増悪なく安定している。
3.肺機能検査の施行が可能な症例。
4. 本研究への参加に同意している。

コントロール
1.本研究に同意を得た呼吸器疾患の既往歴のない20歳以上の者

Patients with asthma
1. Patients with asthma, 20 years or older, diagnosed by a history of episodic dyspnea, wheezing, chest tightness, cough and documented reversible airflow limitation and/or airway hyperresponsiveness.
2. Clinically stable asthma for at least 6 weeks
3. Individuals who can perform spirometry
4. Individuals who gave the written informed consent before the study

Controls
1. Individuals 20 years or older without respiratory disease who gave the written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

喘息
1.喘息とCOPD以外の他の呼吸器疾患
2.外傷、下肢麻痺、神経疾患、心血管疾患、急性期の感染症など歩行や身体活動性に影響を与える重篤な疾患

コントロール
1.身体活動性の低下につながる疾患を有さない。
2.胸部単純X線写真およびスパイログラムの異常（FVC<80%または FEV1/FVC<0.7）を指摘されていない。

1. Respiratory disease other than asthma and COPD
2. Severe disease affecting walking and physical activity, such as trauma, lower limb paralysis, neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, acute infection

Controls
1. Disease affecting physical activity
2. Abnormalities in chest radiograph and spirometry (%FVC < 80%, FEV1/FVC < 0.7)
