適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	適用なし/Not applicable
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 垂直性の歯根破折又は根面う蝕を認め、抜歯が適応となる歯牙を有する患者 2. 抜歯適応の歯牙の両側に、隣在歯が認められる患者 3. 全身状態が良好である患者 4. 20歳以上の患者 5. 本研究の参加について、文書同意が得られた患者	A patient MUST: 1) Have a tooth root fracture or caries. 2) Have teeth on both sides of tooth extraction site. 3) Overall good systemic health 4) 20 years and older 5) Signed informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. 全顎的に重度の慢性辺縁性歯周炎がある患者 2. 咬頭嵌合位（こうとうかんごうい、上下顎の歯列が最も多くの部位で接触し、安定した状態にあるときの上下顎の位置関係）が安定していない患者 3. ブラキシズム（歯ぎしり）がある患者 4. 悪性腫瘍を合併している、又はその既往がある患者 5. 抗凝固薬又は抗血小板薬を服用している患者 6. 口腔内診断で悪性腫瘍、前癌病変又はそれらが疑われる所見がある患者 7. 受胎を希望する婦人、妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性のある婦人、授乳中の婦人	Patient MUST NOT: 1)Have a severe chronic periodontitis 2)Intercuspal position is not stable 3)Have bruxism 4)No history of invasive cancer 5)Taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs 6)No history of oral cancer or precancerous lesion 7) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or positive pregnancy test
