本研究は妊娠中の女性の受動喫煙率の低下を目指し、コミック教材を用いて妊娠中の女性の家庭内喫煙予防に関する介入効果を検証する。

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of preventing second-hand smoke for pregnant women at home in order to reduce SHS exposure in pregnancy.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

介入から3か月後に、妊娠中の女性に対しては、受動喫煙を避ける行動に関する質問（19項目）、パートナーの家での喫煙行動に関する質問（9項目）。妊娠中の女性の夫に対しては、家での喫煙行動
に関する質問（9項目）、妊娠中の妻の受動喫煙予防行動に関する質問（3項目）を合わせて
評価する。
出産後：出生体重、身長、在胎週数、新生児の性別

Three months post-intervention:Behavior responses of pregnant women and their husband will be used three months later from implementation.For pregnant women,Avoidance of Environmental Tobacco Scale(19 items)and partner's behavior changes which will be evaluated by (9 items). For their husband, husband's behavior change(9 items)and wife's behavior change(3 items) which will be evaluated by husband.
After delivery:Birth weight,height,baby's gender and gestational age at delivery

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

インドネシアのトモホン市もしくはマナド市在住の18歳以上の婚姻している夫婦を対象とする。
(インドネシアでは、18才以上は成人者である)
（１）妊娠中の女性の選択基準：
①妊娠初期（妊娠12週未満）の女性
②非喫煙者（喫煙経験がない）
③夫からの受動喫煙を受けている
（２）妊娠中の女性の夫の選択基準：
①妻の妊娠する2ヶ月前からもしくは、妊娠中に喫煙している
②１週間に最低6本はタバコを吸っている
③妻と一緒に住んでいる

Targets will be married couples who are 18 years old over and live in Menado or Tomohon city in Indonesia.
Inclusion criteria for married pregnant women,
(1)non-smoking pregnant women in their first-trimester pregnancy: up to 12 weeks gestation,
(2)having Second-hand smoke exposure from their husband(19 years of age or older).
Inclusion criteria for married their husbands,
(1)Smoking at least six cigarettes per week or more within two months before or since pregnancy that is one of inclusion criteria for their husband.
(2)Their husbands living in the same household will be eligible for inclusion in the trial.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（２）妊娠中の女性が、疾患を持っている・妊娠糖尿病・妊娠高血圧症・精神疾患にかかっている
ハイリスク妊婦である

The criteria for exclusion include termination of pregnancy after the second trimester pregnancy, active smoking pregnant women, high risk pregnant women having clinical diseases, gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension or suffering from mental disorders
