(1) 20歳以上の一般成人（男女）、(2) 保存期CKD患者（男女）、(3) 医師から運動の制限をされていない者

(1) healthy individuals aged over 20 years old, (2) patients with CKD, (3) have not been restricted the exercise

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 要支援・要介護認定を受けている者、(2) 重篤な疾患の既往歴がある者（心臓ペースメーカー植込みなど）、(3) 腎移植または腎摘出術を受けている者、(4) 研究担当医師が研究への参加を認めない場合

(1) have received certification of needed long-term care, (2) have a history of serious illness, (3) undergoing renal transplantation or nephrectomy, (4) When the research doctor does not approve participation in research
