新しく作成された教育用資料を使用した段階的に実施する乳幼児の予防接種教育プログラムの効果を、接種率、予防接種スケジュール遵守率、保護者の知識・態度・信念を成果指標とし、新たな教育プログラムの効果を明らかにする。

The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of immunization education using japanese Vaccine Information Statement offered at different perinatal period on the infantile immunization status and knowledge, attitudes and beliefs regarding immunization, and intent to vaccinate infants in Japan.

介入群に対しては生後2 か月、生後3か月、生後4か月、生後5か月の各時期に応じた情報提供内容をもとに、「知っておきたいわくちん情報」を用いながら保護者に口頭で予防接種教育を実施する

Immunization education using japanese version vaccine information statement will be provided to the intervention group on 4 occasions: 1) 2 month old, 2) 3 month old , 3) 4-month old, 4) 5 month old, in an outpatient setting at a hospital or clinic.
