評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	質問紙調査による介入前後の身体活動量。介入前の測定は2013年3月、介入後の測定は2015年2月に実施した。	Differences in physical activity obtained by two independent questionnares at baseline (March 2013) and follow-up (January 2015).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	身体活動を行う上で支障のある人	People with disabilities , who report any limitations in activity due to chronic conditions.
