卵巣腫瘍に対してMRIを施行し、手術後の病理学的検査結果から内膜症関連卵巣癌、非内膜症関連卵巣癌、内膜症、良性卵巣腫瘍それぞれにおけるR2を比較検討する。

After the conduction of MRI for ovarian tumor, to compare its R2 value and pathological outcomes as endometriosis associated ovarian cancer, non endometriosis associated ovarian cancer, endometriosis and benign ovarian tumor.

上皮性卵巣腫瘍

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①転移性卵巣癌
②研究者等が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した研究対象者
③最大嚢胞径5cm未満の対象者
④典型的な粘液性嚢胞腺腫あるいは成熟嚢胞性奇形腫である対象者
⑤MRI撮影に不適な研究対象者（閉所恐怖症を有する研究対象者を含む）
⑥精神病または精神症状を合併し試験参加が困難と判断される研究対象者
⑦本人から同意が得られない研究対象者

2. Inadequate patient decided by researcher
3. Less than 5cm of tumor long diameter
4. Distinctive mucinous cyst adenoma or dermoid cyst
5. Unbearable to undergo MRI(claustrophobia
etc. )
6. Inadequate patient having mental manifestation or psychiatric disorder
7. Unable to indicate one's intention
