放射線治療開始以降、治療終了後90日までの期間におけるGrade 2以上(CTCAE version 5.0 JCOG/JSCO日本語版に基づく)の尿路系有害事象の出現頻度および消化器系有害事象の出現頻度

生化学的無再発生存率

The incidence of CTCAE grade 2-4 genitourinary and gastrointestinal toxicity during the initiation of radiotherapy and 90 days from the end of radiotherapy.
Toxicities will be graded using CTCAE version 5.0.

Biochemical recurrence-free survival

前立腺床に対する強度変調放射線治療を、1回3Gyで1日1回、18日間行う。連続する平日に治療を行うため、3-4週間の治療となる。

英語
Intensity modulated radiation therapy to the prostate bed will be conducted once a day. Prescribed dose will be 54 Gy and 3 Gy per one fraction will be prescribed on 18 consecutive weekdays. The duration of treatment will be 3 to 4 weeks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
a)前立腺癌に対し当院で前立腺全摘術を施行され、当院で補助療法または救済療法として放射線治療が施行される患者。
b)「手術病理でpT3または切除断端陽性であった患者」または「前立腺全摘術後にPSA再発となった患者」のいずれかを満たす。
c)全身状態Performance Status（PS）が0-2の患者。
d)試験参加について患者本人から文書にて同意が得られている患者。

a) radiotherapy will be selected as adjuvant or salvage therapy after radical prostatectomy at the University of Tokyo Hospital
b) pT3, surgical margin positive, or PSA recurrence after prostatectomy
c) ECOG performance status is 0-2
d) written informed consent is gained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
a)試験参加に対する拒否があった患者。
b)遠隔転移が認められる(M1)患者。
c)過去に骨盤部への放射線治療の既往がある患者。
d)本研究の実施または結果に対し影響を及ぼしうる他の臨床試験に参加している患者。
e)研究責任（分担）医師が本研究に参加することが不適切と判断した患者
