主な結果/Results

日本語
介入群のみ，喫煙本数は減少傾向を示し，呼気中一酸化炭素濃度が有意に減少した．さらに，介入群では，baPWVの有意な減少はなかったが，随時収縮期血圧が有意に減少した．一方で，禁煙を達成した者は1名のみであり，その要因として，職場や家庭のストレス，更年期障害が示唆された．対照群では，baPWV，血圧，呼気中一酸化炭素濃度に有意な変化を認めなかった．

In the intervention group, the number of smoking cigarettes tended to decrease, and both the exhaled carbon monoxide concentration and casual systolic blood pressure were decreased significantly while brachial-ankle remained unchanged. Only one person achieved smoking cessation. Stress at workplace or home and menopause-related symptoms were suggested as factors to obstruct smoking cessation. None of the measured unchanged in the control group.
