DET患者において腫瘍の発現する粘液形質ごとのHp感染状態

Hp infectious state about mucous characteristics expressed for every DET patients

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

（1）DET患者におけるHp除菌療法の有無と時期
（2）DET患者における内視鏡的胃炎の程度
木村・竹本分類に従い評価を行う。
（3）DET患者における組織学的腸上皮化生の程度
（4）腫瘍の臨床病理学的特徴（部位、周在、大きさ、肉眼型、色調、組織型、胃型あるいは腸型の分類）
（5）腫瘍の部位別（乳頭部口側、乳頭部、乳頭部肛門側）のHp感染割合、内視鏡的胃炎および組織学的腸上皮化生の程度
（6）腫瘍の粘液形質別（胃型、腸型）のHp感染割合、内視鏡的胃炎および組織学的胃炎の程度

(6) The frequency of Hp infection, the degree of endoscopic gastritis, and microscopic gastritis by the mucous characteristics of DET

当部門においてDETに対する内視鏡治療（EMR、ESD、EP）を予定する20歳以上の患者

DET patient over 20 year-old planned to be performed endoscopic resection (EMR, ESD or EP) by our team

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（1）既知のfamiliar adenomatous polyposisおよびhereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancerの患者
（2）上部消化管に対する外科手術施行歴のある患者
（3）血液凝固機能異常を有する症例，消化器内視鏡診療ガイドラインに従った抗凝固・血小板剤のマネージメントをできない症例
（4）重要臓器不全例
（5）その他担当医が登録に適当でないと判断した症例

(1) known familiar adenomatous polyposis or hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer patient
(2) patient with past history for upper gastrointestinal tract operation
(3) patient with disorder about the function of blood coaglation, or impossibility for the adaptation according to the guideline for antithrombotic drugs of japanese gastroenterological endoscopy society
(4)patient with important organ dysfunction
(5)patient with another inappropreate reasons decided by the doctor
