主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 初診から1ヶ月以内の心機能・血行動態・フレイル・抑うつ状態(PHQ-9 スコア) cardiac function, hemodynamics, frailty and depressive disorder score by PHQ-9 within one month from first visit
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes ①死亡
