主な結果/Results

日本語
試験終了後において、対照群とトランス酸群の間で総コレステロール、LDL-コレステロール、HDL-コレステロール、血糖値、HbA1cにおいて有意な差はみられなかった。対照群と比較してトランス酸群で中性脂肪、インスリンにおいて有意に高い値がみられた。対照群と比較してトランス酸群の赤血球中トランス酸量は有意に高い値であった。

There were no significant differences in total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, blood glucose levels, or HbA1c between the control group and the trans acid group. Compared with the control group, the trans acid group showed significantly higher values in triglyceride and insulin. The amount of trans acid in erythrocytes of the trans acid group was significantly higher than that of the control group.
