主な結果/Results

日本語
　対象者は、国立長寿医療研究センターに勤務する職員のうち誤嚥のリスクがなく、顎口腔系に特に異常のない者20名であった（男性12名、女性8名、平均年齢35.65歳）。
　術前に対する術後の口腔細菌数の減少率は各郡において、唾液中の細菌数も口腔内の各部位の粘膜上の細菌数も全ての群間において差はなかった。

評価項目/Outcome measures

　口腔ケアの群分けを吸引群・拭き取り群・水使用群とし、各群の口腔ケアの前後で細菌数を測定し、ケア後の細菌数の減少率を3群で比較し評価した。
　舌背、口蓋、歯肉頬移行部、歯牙の４か所の細菌採取を行った（舌：舌背の正中部，口蓋：硬口蓋と軟口蓋の正中境界部，歯肉頬移行部：下顎右側臼歯部の歯肉頬移行部，歯牙：右上６頬側歯頚部）。
