本課題は，日本人小中学生の認知機能の発達に対して，体力・体格（肥満・やせ）そして運動習慣が与える影響を1,000名規模の被験者集団において縦断的に検討し，小中学生期の認知機能の発達と体力・体格・運動習慣との関連性を解明することを目的とする．

The aim of this prospective study was to determine the influences of physical fitness, weight status (obesity/underweight), and exercise habits on the developmental growth of cognitive function of Japanese elementary and junior high school students and to elucidate the implications of fitness/exercise habits in the developmental growth of cognitive function during childhood.

3) 体力・運動能力テストができること
4) 学校が認識しているADHD・学習障害がないこと

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 保護者の参加同意の欠如
2) 小学2年生以下および高校生以上
3) 体力・運動能力に関する既往（整形外科学・循環器・内分泌代謝学的疾患）により体力・運動能力テストができないこと
4) 発達障害（自閉症スペクトラム障害および注意欠陥・多動性障害）および学習障害
