本研究の目的は、ACLを切除したＣＲ型TKAの患者満足度を、サーフェイスのデザインのみが異なるPersona MCサーフェイス（被験）群と従来型のPersona CRサーフェイス（対照）群で比較し、患者満足度の高い人工膝関節の検討を行うこと

This study will compare the level of patient satisfaction after CR-type TKA with ACL resection in the Persona MC surface (test) group and the conventional Persona CR surface (control) group, between which the only difference is the Persona surface implant used, to determine which knee prosthesis is associated with greater patient satisfaction.

MC/CR群の屈曲角度(°)113.6/115.5 ,KSS（点） 89.6/89.5, KSFS （点）84.2/82.8, 2011KSS（点）における疼痛19.9/19.7,満足度25.0/24.6,期待度9.1/8.7,活動性60.6/54.0, KOOS（点）における症状77.8/78.3,痛み78.8/80.7, ADL76.3/74.0,スポーツ38.7/36.7, QOL60.4/55.9, FTA（°）175.3/175, HKA（絶対値°）2.4/2.5は2群間でいずれも有意差を認めなかった. MC/CR群の平均％CP（％）は術直後70.0/69.8 ,術後１年62.9/59.2 (p < 0.05) ,術後2年61.2/56.8 (p < 0.05)であった.

The mean %CP of the MC/CR group was 70.0/69.8 immediately after surgery, 62.9/59.2 at 1 year after surgery (p < 0.05), and 61.2/56.8 at 2 years after surgery (p < 0.05).

2018年3月から2021年3月までに前向き無作為にMC群とCR群に割付け,Persona CR型TKAを施行し,経過観察できた122例158関節（MC群77関節, CR群81関節）を対象とした.男性28例,女性94例,手術時平均74.8歳,変形性膝関節症113例,関節リウマチ9例であった

From March 2018 to March 2021, 122 patients (77 in the MC group and 81 in the CR group) were prospectively randomized to the MC or CR group and underwent persona CR TKA, and 158 joints (77 in the MC group and 81 in the CR group) were eligible for follow-up. The mean age at surgery was 74.8 years, and there were 113 cases of knee osteoarthritis and 9 cases of rheumatoid arthritis.

調査項目は術後1年時のROM, KSS（Knee Society Score）,KSFS（Knee Society Functional Score）,2011 KSS ,KOOS（Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score）,FTA, HKA（絶対値）とした.また後方安定性の評価は術後2年までの単純X線像でgravity sag viewによる％CP （tibiofemoral contact point）を計測した.

The survey items were ROM, KSS (Knee Society Score), KSFS (Knee Society Functional Score), 2011 KSS, KOOS (Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score), FTA, and HKA (absolute value). Posterior stability was evaluated by measuring the %CP (tibiofemoral contact point) using a gravity sag view on simple radiographs up to 2 years after surgery.
