目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 グループホーム1軒に配薬支援装置を設置してモニタリング試験を行い、試験前後の服薬管理負担感についてアンケート調査を行い、試験前後で負担感に変化があるかを分析することを目的とする。 To analyze whether there is any change in workers' feelings of burden of medication management for elderly people after the implementation of a medication support system in a group home.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others 配薬支援装置を設置しない未使用群に、服薬管理負担感についてアンケート調査を行い、使用群と未使用群の負担感の違いを分析することを目的とする。 To compare workers' feelings of burden in an intervention facility and those in a control facility.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 配薬支援装置を使用することによって、職員の服薬管理の負担感が低減し、配薬準備時間を削減することができ、また、使用後にインシデントが低減するという結果が予測される。 After the implementation of the system, it is expected that workers feelings of burden will be improved, drug-preparation time can be reduced, and the number of incidents will be reduced.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 配薬支援装置使用群と未使用群において、服薬管理の負担感は使用群が少なく、また、配薬準備時間は使用群が短いという結果が予想される。 It is expected that workers burden of medication management in the intervention facility will be lighter than that of the control facility.

主な結果/Results 
本研究においては、配薬支援装置の開発とグループホームにおけるモニタリング実験に関する報告を行う。配薬支援装置を3か月間使用してもらい、職員に使用前後でアンケート調査を行った結果、薬のセット時間と配薬時間が短縮され、配薬忘れ、人違い、時間間違いの若干の軽減が認められた。
 
The drug distribution support device (DDSD)  was developed as a locker-type system that operates on AC 100 V. Care workers completed a questionnaire before and after using the DDSD for 3 months. They reported that the average time spent on medication set and medication distribution was reduced. Additionally, the incidence of forgetting to distribute medicine, mistaken person, and mistaken medication had reduced slightly.
