目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	口腔腫瘍および粘膜疾患の治療方法によって、治療前後の口腔準備期の機能がどのように異なるかを、咀嚼、感覚、味覚などの口腔機能を客観的に詳細に調査して評価する。その結果から、機能をできるだけ温存できる治療方法を模索する。	To study the therapeutic strategy to keep oral function as much as possible.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	当院で口腔腫瘍および口腔粘膜病変の治療を行う患者群400症例、および口腔内に病変のない正常人ボランティア群20症例を予定対象数とする。正常人ボランティア群の年齢および性別は患者群の年齢性別にあわせて選別し、同意を得られた者とする。	Patients after treating for oral tumors and oral mucosal diseases in Tokyo Medical and Dental University Hospital.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	脳梗塞、口腔機能に異常をきたす全身的な神経系疾患の既往がないこととする。	cerebral infarction, sysystemic nervous system disease
