本研究の目的は、総合事業の対象となる高齢者に対して、生活行為の可能化に焦点を当てた集団プログラムを実施した場合、心身機能に焦点を当てた集団プログラムに比べて生活課題の改善効果および健康増進効果が期待できるのか検証すること
