目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	日本乳腺甲状腺超音波診断会議(JABTS)のJABTS BC-04研究で作成された充実性腫瘤に対するカラードプラ判定基準案の有用性について検討し、最終的な判定基準を作成する。可能であれば診療ガイドラインも作成する。なお、エラストグラフィの有用性、混合性腫瘤の判定基準についても検討する。	We developed a draft of color Doppler diagnostic criteria for breast masses by JABTS BC-04 study. In this study, we will study the usefulness of the color Doppler criteria. Furthermore, we will study the usefulness of elastography for breast masses in benign/malignant diagnosis. If possible, we will study about color Doppler diagnostic criteria for complex cystic and solid masses.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	1. Bモードとカラードプラを併用した場合の感度、特異度、正診率 2. カラードプラの各所見の有用性の検討(多変量解析)	1. Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the B-mode alone, and the combination of color Doppler and B-mode. 2. Examination of usefulness of each finding of the color Doppler ultrasound in benign/malignant diagnosis (univariate analysis and multivariate analysis).
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	1. Bモードとカラードプラ、エラストグラフィを組み合わせた場合の感度、特異度、正診率 2. 判定基準に新しく組み入れられた年齢の因子の影響 3. 判定者の再現性	1. 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 乳房超音波検査で腫瘤として認識される病変(混合性も含む) 2. カラードプラ法の動画が提出可能 3. 病理検査施行例 4. 1年以上の経過観察で増大しない場合は良性病変として登録可	1. Lesions recognized as a mass on breast ultrasonography (including complex cystic and solid masses) 2. Digital video clips of color Doppler method are available 3. Pathologically confirmed masses 4. Even masses without pathological confirmation can be registered as benign masses if it is confirmed that there was no change for more than one year on the B-mode ultrasound
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. 典型的な嚢胞 (明らかにカテゴリー２と判定されるもの) 2. 他院でVacuum-assisted biopsyを施行された病変 3. 5cm以上の腫瘤	1. Typical simple cyst 2. Lesions which received vacuum-assisted biopsy 3. Masses more than 5 cm in diameter
