睡眠同伴者からの歯ぎしり音指摘，歯の摩耗の程度，起床時の咀嚼筋疲労感
全身状態（睡眠時無呼吸症候群，顎関節症，逆流性食道炎の有無，睡眠時ブラキシズム以外の睡眠障害への罹患状況，内服薬），血縁者の睡眠時ブラキシズム罹患状況，日中歯牙接触癖，歯根破折の既往，残存歯の状態，軟組織圧痕，骨隆起，
睡眠データ（総睡眠時間，睡眠効率，睡眠潜時，Arousal Index,睡眠段階）

Teeth grinding sound from sleep partner, degree of tooth wear, masticatory muscle fatigue upon awakening
General condition (sleep apnea syndrome, temporomandibular joint disorder, reflux esophagitis, other sleep disorders than sleep bruxism, and oral medication), blood relatives with sleep bruxism, tooth contact habit during the day, history of root fracture, remaining tooth condition, traces on oral mucosa, and oral tori

大学の付属病院に通院中の患者，大学もしくは大学の付属病院に所属する職員または学生
最大咬筋筋活動量がEMGにて測定可能な，咬合接触を有する歯列のもの，もしくは夜間装着用義歯や硬質の夜間装着用スプリントを有するもの
本研究への参加について本人から文書により同意が得られたもの

Employees or students affiliated with a university or university hospital
Presence of occlusal contact with natural dentition or denture that enable to measure EMG activities of masseter muscles during maximum voluntary clench
Those who gave written informed consent in first-person
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
歯科治療中のもの（ただし，睡眠時ブラキシズム治療目的のスプリント療法は除外しない）
顎口腔系に急性症状を有するもの
自宅での睡眠時ブラキシズム測定が困難なもの
研究担当医師の判断により不適格と判断したもの
半年以内に，睡眠時ブラキシズムを悪化させる可能性がある薬を服薬しているもの

Presence of oromandibular acute symptoms
Difficulty in EMG recording at home
Those who are deemed by the researcher to be unsuitable to participate in the study
Those taking medications that may aggravate sleep bruxism within the past 6 months

臨床情報は口腔内診査及び問診にて情報を収集する．
対象者の自宅にて，咬筋EMG測定装置を用いた睡眠検査を連続２夜行い，２夜目の測定装置による測定データから睡眠時ブラキシズム情報を収集する．

Clinical information will be collected through oral examination and interview.
Sleep bruxism data will be collected from the recording data of the masseter muscle EMG device during sleep for two consecutive nights at the participant's home.
