主な結果/Results

日本語
244人がベースライン調査に回答し、介入群121人、対照群123人に無作為に割り付けた。90人が教育プログラムを完遂した。その結果、事業・社会資源の創出に関する保健師のコンピテンシー尺度（CMC尺度）については2群間で有意差は認められなかったが、この研修プログラムに参加する以前の施策化に関する卒後教育の有無別を考慮して比較した結果、卒後教育を受けた経験を持つ者の方が、CMC尺度得点の有意な改善を認めた。また施策化に関する知識・技術については、介入群の方が対照群よりも有意な改善を認めた。
